Both of these criteria have been met by Dayspring, and I personally enjoy being greeted with smiles and warmth when I walk in each time. At previous daycare centers there were times when I would walk in and not one single person was in the office, and I was forced to wait until someone came forward to do their jobs before I could be assisted.
